ChemyLab Terms of Service

Last updated: June 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using ChemyLab (the "Application"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Purely Educational & Simulated Nature

IMPORTANT: ChemyLab is an educational physics simulator.

  • All simulations, atomic orbits, reaction chambers, and thermodynamics outputs are models designed for visual and conceptual training.
  • While we rely on accurate scientific data (such as element masses, electron layouts, and electronegativities), the sandbox behaviors represent simplified chemical mechanics and are not substitutes for professional laboratory guidelines.
  • Safety Warning: Do not attempt to replicate simulations in physical environments without certified laboratory supervision, proper protective gear, and reference to official MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).

3. Fee-Free and Account-Free Use

ChemyLab is 100% free educational software. There are no paid microtransactions, subscriptions, or hidden walls. You are not required to provide user credentials, register accounts, or integrate credit cards.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ChemyLab is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We make no warranty that elements database values or collision physics are completely error-free. The developers and owners shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect scientific errors, physical laboratory incidents, or data loss occurring on local user devices.
